1. Account Creation & Responsibility

Aapko humari website ka use karne ke liye ek valid account banana hoga.

Account ke under ki gayi koi bhi activity ke liye user khud zimmedar hoga.

Fake information ya kisi aur ke naam se account banana allowed nahi hai.

 

2. Product Availability

Hum groceries sirf selected pincodes me hi deliver karte hain. Fashion items pan-India available hote hain.

Pincode availability aap product page ya checkout pe check kar sakte hain.

Kabhi-kabhi kuch products stock out ho sakte hain, jiska hum timely update dete hain.

 

3. Order & Payment

Orders tabhi confirm hote hain jab payment successfully complete ho ya Cash on Delivery option select kiya gaya ho.

Hum multiple secure payment options provide karte hain (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, COD).

Kisi bhi order ko bina notice ke cancel karne ka adhikar Phir Hera Pheri ke paas hai, agar fraud ya misuse ka doubt ho.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Groceries: Delivery within 24–48 hours in serviceable pincodes.

Fashion Items: Delivery within 3–7 working days across India.

Separate delivery slots ho sakte hain agar aapne grocery aur fashion ek saath order kiya ho.

5. Returns & Refunds

Fashion Products ke liye 7 days return/replacement policy hai, sirf unworn & original packaging me.

Groceries sirf damaged, expired, ya wrong item hone par hi return ho sakti hain.

Refunds original payment mode me 5–7 working days ke andar initiate kiye jaate hain.

 

6. Pricing & Offers

Sabhi prices real-time update hote hain. Hum kisi bhi price ko bina notice ke change kar sakte hain.

Offers limited period ke liye hote hain aur specific terms ke sath aate hain.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Website par jo bhi content hai (images, logos, text) woh Phir Hera Pheri ya partners ka intellectual property hai.

Bina written permission ke use, copy, ya reproduce karna illegal hai.

 

8. User Conduct
