🥦 For Grocery Products (Fruits, Vegetables, Daily Essentials)

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, if your order is:

Damaged

Expired

Incorrect item delivered


Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we’ll either: ✅ Replace the item
or
✅ Issue a refund/store credit

👗 For Fashion Products (Clothing, Accessories)

We accept returns or exchanges for fashion items if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Tags and invoices are intact


Refund/Replacement will be processed once we inspect the returned product.

📦 Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
